Individual counselling sessions typically involve weekly or fortnightly 50 minute appointments.

Vikki is also registered to provide services under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. Clients referred under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan may be eligible for up to 6 to 10 treatment sessions per calendar year, subsided by Medicare.. This plan is renewable every calendar year.

For families who are not eligible for Medicare or have private health fund cover, the consultations will be a total out of pocket expense.

Accounts are payable on the day of the consultation.

A 50% cancellation fee will apply for all consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
